The Gayest Foyer on Earth
Jan. 14th, 2006 09:21 pmMr Bear and I spent most of today hanging framed posters for Broadway shows in the foyer. They're from shows we've seen and most are autographed. They look pretty cool. I knew it would take forever and it sucked but it's finally done (after 2 years of "when we get time..."). :-)
There's 10 of them going up the stairs and across the wall. We need 9 more to fill the whole wall the full two stories. It's pretty intense and VERY gay. It was weird to walk in to see them as that wall's be nearly blank since I moved in. I think they're one of those lve it or hate it things. I totally dig it - especially that they rang from full camp to high brow.
We took a few "breaks" to plot Halloween and a Half. Mr Bear cracks me up because he'll totally "go there" only to back pedal on the idea later. ironically, his "too much" idea is usually the stroke of brilliance we needed.
After that we went to dinner with Cubby, which was fun. We just got back. It's sleeting out so Cubby went home.
