Button? Button? Who has the button?
Sep. 16th, 2006 11:45 pmMy buttons for my Halloween costume are in the oven. It was WAY cheaper to try and make them out of FIMO than buy anything reasonable looking. The jacket takes 28 1 1/4" buttons. That's a lot of buttons. Once they're attached my costume is pretty much done. We don't have anywhere to go and Halloween is the middle fo the week, so I'm going to wait on starting Mr Bear's for a bit and have fun doing decorations.
I'm devising a way of stretching one big blow molded skeleton into at least 3 skeleton pirates. If it works I'm going to write a book and go on talk shows sharing my brilliance. If not I'm going to eat up my $100 buying two more skeletons. The cheapest nearby if $29, but I can get them form a catalog for $19. I might do the catalog and buy two. that leaves me about $50 for the rest of the decorations, which is a lot of money. ;-)
