Beach Baby

I went to the beach today and harvested a bucket of seas shells for a project I'm working on. I LOVE the beach and it was so warm I actually thought about stripping down and laying out a while. I settled for sitting on some drift wood and watching the ocean for a little bit as Mr Bear was home sick and I didn't want to ditch him for the whole afternoon.

Mr Bear's voice keeps fading in and out. He alternately sounds like Mickey Mouse or Michael Jackson. He's been indulging my requests to talk about "Jesus Juice" and "Bubbles the Chimp" for the past two days.

I'm feeling better but still tired after any amount of activity. So I'll be in school tomorrow and back at the hospital on Tuesday, just resting a lot between them.

We've been watching mad TV/Tivo which means we're rotating between figure skating and wife swap (not me) and Sci-Fi and action movies (me) with some "investigative reporting" shows in as a happy medium.

Not much else to say really. I'm glad to be on the up swing and really sick of being in the house. It's beautiful out so I'm probably going to go sit outside some more.

Oh... Just in case "Sci Fi Channel Original Movie" isn't warning enough, "SS Doom Trooper" is TERRIBLE. It's not even good in the "so bad it's good" way a lot of the Sci Fi Channel movies are. Don't be tempted to believe it's going to get better. It won't.
