The Heat is On

I'm a bit better today - I was right - today was better. I worry that one day the following day won't be better but it's not something In can do much about.

Mr Bear's Dad was here this morning and we installed the second heater in the basement together. I like him a lot and we get along well. He reminds me of my Dad in a lot of ways.

I asked him again about the Carnegie Hall concert and he said he wasn't going. I was hoping he would but it's OK. At least now we can buy my ticket and plant he weekend. Plus I still have enough time to actually sit with some one I know.

The contractor was here. He fixed the roof and spackled. I like this guy because he explains things with out treating you like an idiot.

My cordless drill is rebelling again. I need a corded one - cordless just don't have as much power. My big goal for today is to get the extra sheet rock into the basement and start hanging the pictures in the foyer. The pictures will probably take more than a day and that's OK. They're close to the end of my project list. I'm waiting on doors for downstairs until I get unemployment sorted out and get another check.

Ok, time to get that sheet rock downstairs and grab a shower.
