Nov. 14th, 2004 07:11 pmI'm feeling better today - I'm still a bit blue and stressed but I was able to get my work up to date (nearly - only requests from Friday are pending and the crazy February people. That makes me feel a lot less freaked out going in to what promises to be another crazy week.
An hour of Chemistry has fried my brain a bit - I'm thinking of going to Target and Marshals (if their open). Our dress code at work changed affective tomorrow. No more jeans and it's all i have that fits. I want to find black pants so I can wear my rocking Lagerfeld H&M shirt I got yesterday. It was a lot of money (especially for H&M!) but I had a gift certificate that covered half of it so I figure it was only $30 ;-P It's totally fan boy of me but I really wanted something from what is likely to be the only collection of his I will ever be able to afford. The shirt if black and white striped with white barrel cuffs (french) and a high white collar. The shirt has a bib like a tuxedo shirt. It's totally affected and I love it. I love that it's all black and white. I wanted the cardigan, but really it's a lot of money for what it is.
Not much else to say tonight. I had a great time in the city yesterday, though I was only in for two hours. It felt like a whole day in a good way. I exchanged the Helmut Lang cuff bracelet and got the steel one. It'll where better - and i can wear it more often. I loved the blue/purple one but it wasn't wearing well. The color was rubbing off after one day! Speaking of him - I want to get cheap boots tp spray paint gold. I'll keep and eye out.... ;-)
OK, time to hit the road and get some khakis if I can.
