Big And Easy

Voodoo/Cemetrey Tour: We had a great guide and ended up at a local temple. Pretty cool. Teh tempple had a great feeling. The other guys weren't into it but I totally got it.
Alligator/Swamp Tour: We got to hold babby alligators! They're smooth like a snake but firmer. The guides throw marhmellows into the water to attract the wild ones. Aligators can sense the vibration in the water and can only see black and white so a bobbing marshmellow is easy for them.
Mr Bear staggering down Bourbon Street and insisting I was walking to fast. Teh truth was I was walking slwoly in a straighth line but he was working twice as hard to keep up in a wild and wide zig zag.
I love the little houses between Dauphine and Rampart. They're sop simple and romantic. I could totally live ion one - if it wasn't on a drinken thourough fair. I honestly don't know how people live in them. These drunks are loud!
The food ROCKS here. I picke dup two great recipes.
