I dropped the dogs off to the groomers and am working form home this morning. It's lame, but the look of betrayal they give you when you leave them there always makes me feel guilty.

Hopefully, they'll come back pretty and not too traumatized. Darla gets over things pretty easily (except thunder) but Tess will be dramatic about it for a day or two. [rolls eyes] Sometimes she's just too much in the wrong way.

Last night I was just about to start collaging on these big plywood panels we found in the garage (Mr Bear thought they were just left over from construction) when Mr Bear's brother came "home". He pretty much lives with his girlfriend and only keeps his stuff here.

Apparently, those panels are the 'deck' for his trailer. They're going camping this weekend so he came to pick them up. How funny is his timing? Another hour and it would have been partially collaged and painted. I guess it's a good thing I was agonizing over how to hang them. If I had gone ahead without worrying about it he'd be stopping at Home Depot or picnicking on a really wild floor.

I other news, Mr Bear's brother and his girl friend just bid on a house. We'll be empty nesters as soon as his divorce goes through. ;-) He's never here anyway, but it'll be nice to just be us and to have that extra closet space. LOL

Not much else going on. I'm waiting for my boss to send me more of the lame work and covering some one else's mailbox. I may get to the nude beach today :-)

The country station is not a good idea while working. I'm all teary over "Letters from home" by John Michael Montgomery.
