A little Above Average

I got a C+ for the semester. Not great but high enough to get reimbursed by work.

Apparently, I had a high B average before the final so I'm a bit bummed. It's hard to not be the "good grades" kid. But it was my first class in 9 years and my first m,math class in longer than that so I'm trying not to beat myself up over it.

the prof said he was impressed by how well I did overall. He wanted to know if I was going to take Calc 1 in the fall. I told him I wasn't sure and he said I should. That most folks returning to school drop out or fail precalc the first time. That I had it down and just had to get passed my test anxiety.

That helped a lot.

Anyway, time to get to work.

Gettin' My Nails Did

Oy, this conference call. I have about an hour and a half between this ending and my next. I can't go home (if I hit traffic or can't log in I'll be screwed). so I'm going to get my first manicure and pedicure (provided I don't wuss out).

Hopefully, it's cool. We'll see. I have some nasty looking feet (like you wanted to know ;-P) so it can't hurt.

And now because I should do this today of all cranky days...
