So the party Saturday was actually in the loft of the birthday boy's boyfriend's friend's mother. LOL That was fun to type. It was an amazing space and a nice party. We didn't know a lot of people and didn't stay late. It was cold as hell out.

Speaking of Hell, we stopped there for drinks before the party because we were early and it was close to the party. A neat place and weirdly empty (but then it was only 7 PM). Last time we were there it was mobbed.

One thing that struck me is that the artwork was really well lit and framed but no better than anything I do. It was oddly validating.

I have a call in a few minutes that I'm not all about. Oh well, C'est la vie.
