I handed in my essay on The Third Man which I totally recommend. The film, not my essay (thought I am pretty proud of it). Mr Bear proof read it for me, which rocked. It's fun to watch these great old films together. I had never seen the fi;m before.
Next, we're watching North by Northwest for class. Another classic, but one I know and love. Again - Netflix it!
Anyone have any films I should Netflix?
I am all about my new word - picaresque. As the drags say "get into it honey."
pic*a*resque [pik-uh-resk]
–adjective
Not much else to report here. Darla took a wander again (she only does it when Mr Bear is home alone) and I cut the left over piece of fencing to fill the gap. I'm going to attach it when I get home. Right now it's just wedged in place.
I got the studio mostly cleaned up from Halloween. Which s good because I want to start wrapping for Christmas. Yeah Baby! I'm half done with the kids after one unplanned trip to the mall. I love when you wander into a sale on things you actually need/can use.
OK, time to get a move on. I'm going to the Student Council meeting which really is a training ground for managers. It's just like all those long pointless conference calls with self important or climbing people weighing in. Only the college version has free cookies. :-)
