This is an old one, but one of my favorites for everyday type cooking is All American Low Fat Meals in Minutes (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0937721735/sr=8-1/qid=1153436362/ref=sr_1_1/102-4014015-9011337?ie=UTF8)
It has cholesterol information for each recipe and diet exchanges.
