Old Man take A Look At Your Freshman Handbook

You have to love that I can't get ANYONE on the phone at the college about Orientation tomorrow. I was hoping I could get the schedule and maybe skip the "how college is different form High School" section they promise in the invite. I have to go to the Orientation in order to finalize my registration. It's going to be a little creepy being nearly twice as old as most of the students I'm sitting with in this thing. It didn't bother me in PreCalc but Freshman Orientation is a whole other animal.

We're busy at work, which is nice. I have to present the navigation mock up for the new site today. I hate these things. I would love to be left in a cube to code and have someone else do the "client interfacing". Though it does crack me up that we refer to people we work with as "clients".

The only hitch is that my files aren't viewable for anyone else. I'm on a new server and I think you have to set the security of the files to make them viewable, but I wasn't old if I have to and how to do it. I'm not used to a mixed use server. So now I'm hoping the IT guy emails me back before my presentation at 1PM. Like that's going to happen.

OK, back to work.
