I called out of work today - having slept until after 11 AM. My stomach seems to have settled down.
So I'm home today, having a summer day. The windows are open. I have a few random small errands to rn and then I'm going to take my book/magazines and hang out in the hammock.
Being in Seattle last summer sort of robbed me of the season. There was no hammock reading, no lazy afternoons. It's something I've always loved about summer and something we tend to miss by over scheduling and trying to be "productive".
We're going to Montreal in July. Mr Bear leaves a few days before me. I took the days he's gone off. They're for nothing but reading, hammock napping and beaches. No plans. No projects. I'm really looking forward to them. :-)
